About the project

We approached Roberto Salmeron of Taco Chukis with the idea of redefining the brands brand and digital presence. Taco Chukis is a fast growing taqueria chain that was founded by Roberto here in Seattle in 2004. The goal is to shed light on the authentic ingredients and preparation of real Mexican street tacos.

To match the authenticity of the brand, we wanted to approach the marketing videos in way that would allow Taco Chukis to stay true to its roots. Hardout has just begun it journey with Roberto and the Chukis brand. Please come back to see updates on future material.
